The use of special centers where students cheat to pass exams is on the rise. So is the proliferation of malpractice materials for major exams like WAEC, NECO and JAMB. Some parents and guardians are either complacent, or they enable this corrupt practice, thereby normalizing this conduct in the eyes of their children and wards.
